Birthday Girl Pet Dog Dress is custom designed & made to your measurements or use the size charge in the listing. Triple color sparkling tuelle underneath dress gives it that "Poofy" look as well as a celebratory effect. This sweet dress has two double layered gorgeous fuschia satin riboon bows at the the chest. Design is embroidered directly to the dress so no fear of it coming off. Velcro closure is at the neck and chest.
