The "Dorothy" Halloween - Wizard of Oz themed dress is a must have for your pets holiday wardrobe. This dress is accented with OR without red bows and white eyelet lace around the skirt and arm holes. The Dorothy dress can be worn just about anytime not just as a costume. For an additional fee, other embellishments can be added such as lace and red bows, but they must be requested prior to construction of garment. If no requests are made the dress will ship as seen in the primary picture. Our dresses and coats have a closure at the neck and or chest with Velcro, for easy on and easy off.

Please note that there is NO industry standard for handmade pet apparel. Sizes and dogs are not created equal. To be sure your baby gets the right fit, you must measure her.**Hint: Using a string to measure first and then put the string up against a ruler or yard stick.
If your pet doesn't fit into one o the specific catagories below, Use her "LENGTH" as the size to purchase by. For example, if your pet is 16" long...she would be considered a LARGE. PLEASE include her EXACT measurements in the "NOTE" section of the invoice.
