How do I create an account?
1) Click the Login Page Button at the top left side of our site (under the logo).
2) Under “New Customer” enter your email address.
3) Create a Password, Re-enter your Password, and click Register
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.
How do I edit my Account Information?
Login and Click the Account Button located at the top left side of the page(under the logo); here you will be able to edit your information.

How can I check the status of my order?
Login and Click the Account Button located at the top right side of the page; look under Recent Orders.
What are my payment choices?
We currently accept checks, debit and credit card payments through PayPal’s safe and secure online payment system. Money Orders and Personal Checks are also accepted (please allow 10 business days for bank clearance before order will be processed).
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No. At this time we do not ship outside of the contiguous Lower 48 United States. We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO or PO Boxes, NO exceptions.
When will my order ship?
Orders will usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email within 24 hours that will give you more information regarding a scheduled ship date. A shipment confirmation will be forwarded to you when your order has shipped along with tracking information.
What shipping carrier will my order ship with?
We ship all products via USPS. All orders will receive tracking numbers. No particular shipping carrier may be requested by the customer at this time.
