This Vest is just ADORABLE. Made of 100% cotton fabric and fully lined. This adorable custom made vest can be worn for any occasion. It is so soft and sweet. Closure is at the neck and or chest with Velcro, for easy on and easy off. Even though A "D" ring has already been added to the vest, it should never be used solely as a restraint device.
